Narrative is an essential part of leadership. Effective leaders construct their story, tell their story and sell their story in order to communicate, motivate, influence and develop others.
The narrative throughout this book reflects the collective thoughts of everyday Australians on authentic leadership and how they have made a difference.
This unique project entailed interviewing everyday Australians who are leaders in their own right, whether that be work, home, sport or education. The interviews were conducted over one high-impact day where 3 questions were asked to each person around leadership and how they have personally pursued it.
Following the high-impact day, RYP transcribed, edited the interviews, selected the best photos and designed everything into a beautiful coffee table book.
