There is no program in the world that spits out leaders. But organisations do need to prepare for tomorrow’s leaders today. RYP’s programs apply the 70-20-10 model of learning.
Don’t have a Retreat — have an Advance! People inherently know what the attributes are of a winning team, but there is a difference between knowing what to do and actually doing it. This is an experiential program that builds both team dynamics and team chemistry.
There are one-, two- and three-day formats available, along with a Train the Trainer program where senior leaders are taught how to observe, facilitate, and debrief team activities.
Powerful, impactful, and readily transferable skills around planning, communication, teamwork, motivation, resilience, the gift of feedback, disciplines, and situational leadership.
As the name implies, this is a program scoped over 32 hours (yes, you sleep) where teams explore the forming, storming, norming, and performing of team dynamics.
Leaders often talk about the need for high performance — this is a program that explores the qualities of Good – Better – Best thinking and achievement. Any team can perform well when things are going smoothly, but what happens when things get bumpy?
Does your team have what it takes to excel? The easiest option is mediocrity. It is the 1%ers that make the difference.
There is no program in the world that spits out leaders. But organisations do need to prepare for tomorrow’s leaders today. Our award-winning Leadership Academy is designed and curated for the specific needs of the organisation.
We apply the 70-20-10 model of learning — 70% of learning is on the job, 20% from colleagues, 10% in a formal setting. Learning is different to training.
Impactful, time effective, longitudinal, and self-driven. Leadership is not a part-time work habit — it is a full-time life quest.
For front-line leaders, this online Coaching Forum explores the qualities of coaching excellence. Each session runs for 55 minutes, where a specific coaching skill is provided to add to the participant’s toolkit.
Run monthly over the course of a year, it is practical and granular in nature — building any front-line leader’s ability to coach and influence staff, colleagues, and stakeholders.
The ability to coach and influence others is a life skill. Participants also receive a weekly coaching tip and RYP Quarterly.
